What payment options do we accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Paypal as well as cash on delivery (only in UAE)
What if I want to cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You will have to speak with a member of our team for review, please email us at info@novacareme.com or call us through +971 55 331 1042.
Do we deliver on weekends?

Orders are only delivered during working days only. Orders placed on Thursday after 9:00 am will only be processed on Saturday.
What is the cost of delivery?

For all orders, delivery will be free of charge.
Can I change the address of my delivery?

At the time of placing the order, please ensure the address and phone number are accurate. if you need to change the address our courier partner will give you a call and this can be arranged with them
How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, delivery will be between 1 – 3 days with our delivery partners in UAE. If you order on a Thursday before 9:00am you will receive your order on Saturday. No deliveries are made on Friday. Delivery schedules in holiday periods are subject to announcement.
